1. Acceptance

By installing or using FontSaz (the "app") you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Licence to use

You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use the app on devices you own or control. Reverse engineering, reselling or redistributing the app itself is not permitted.

3. Your content

Any text you write, image you import and design you create remains entirely yours. We claim no rights over it and hold no copy, because your content never leaves your device. You are responsible for the content you create and publish, including holding the rights to any image you import.

4. Fonts and their licences

Fonts are fetched from Google Fonts under their own open licences — mostly the SIL Open Font License, in some cases Apache License 2.0. Copyright in each font belongs to its designer. Vazirmatn is bundled under the SIL Open Font License.

Check the licence of a specific font before using it commercially. We cannot guarantee every font is cleared for every use. Fonts you import yourself are your responsibility.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use the app to create or distribute unlawful or harassing material, or content that infringes anyone else's rights.

6. Third-party services

The app uses Google Fonts, Google Analytics for Firebase for anonymous usage statistics, and Google AdMob for the optional rewarded ad. Details are in the Privacy Policy.

7. Rewarded ads

Watching the optional ad is never required. The reward — a 4× resolution export instead of 3× — is granted only when the ad is watched to the point AdMob reports it as earned. If no ad is available, or you decline, the export completes at standard quality.

8. No warranty

The app is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including as to fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted operation.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages — including lost work or data — arising from use of the app. Keep your designs by exporting them; deleting the app also erases the data inside it.
